In celebration of accomplished women authors, 6-Figures hosted a panel discussion with a few of our very own 6-Figures celebrated authors. These incredibly talented women found their voice, created their stories...and shared their experiences with us.
Hosted at the Residences Above the Andaz Hotel in the Financial District, we enjoyed tasty treats and adult beverages, socialized, networked, and listened to our esteemed panel:
Michelle Tillis Lederman -- Communications trainer and networking extraordinaire, Michelle is the author of The 11 Laws of Likability. The CEO of Executive Essentials, Michelle leads seminars and delivers keynote speeches for Fortune 500 companies, universities, high schools, and non-profit organizations. Her new book, Heroes Get Hired, is dedicated to helping vets and their spouses return to civilian careers.
Jean Criss -- Highly acclaimed for her sales and marketing innovation, Jean is a true entrepreneur. Her new trilogy series, My Pain Woke Me Up - Bliss, Legal Injustice & Live Your Dreams, are all based upon Jean's experience with breast cancer and her inspiration and promise to survive. CEO of Jean Criss Media, Jean delivers creative digital media solutions in the health/wellness, fashion, spirits, music, and publishing arenas.
Emma McLaughlin & Nicola Kraus -- Authors of The Nanny Diaries, Emma and Nicola celebrated the longest-running hardcover bestseller of 2002, which was also made into a major motion picture in 2007. Emma and Nicola have also authored Citizen Girl, Dedication, The Nanny Returns, Over You, The Real Real, and Between You and Me. Their upcoming hardcover, The First Affair, debuted in August 2013.
Tamara Reynolds -- Esteemed chef, Tamara, provided our tasty treats for the evening! Tamara is the author of Forking Fantastic, founder of Sunday Night Dinner and can be seen every week on Cooking Channel's Unique Eats. In her most recent venture, she combined forces with husband Karl in Cooking Channel's special Married With Dishes.
