Our evening opened with 6-Figures Founder, Jan Mercer Dahms, posing the question, "When you were a little girl, what did you want to be when you grew up?" Many 6-Figures women had informally chatted about a "Plan B" or a "Second Life," where our careers would have significant meaning and fulfillment. Realizing that many of our professional dreams linked back to our aspirations we had as little girls, we created an entire event dedicated to exploring that internal feeling that something was missing in our professional spheres. We discussed living up to our fullest potential, getting stuck on executing our dream careers, planning for life changes, and how to enjoy our "Second Life" once we've achieved it.
We were joined by panelists who have that "wow factor." They all left their successful corporate careers to reinvent themselves, and continued to inspire, motivate, and embrace change. They shared with us their personal stories, pivotal learning lessons, and tips for getting from Point A to Plan B.

After designing one very sexy board game, Christi is now the CEO of an international consumer products company, including apparel, games, iPhone apps, and beauty supplies.
